Lancashire Business View have recognised Phil Scott as the man to watch in the Lancashire region, their annual assessment of high flyers in the area has highlighted Phil due to the continued success of his financial recruitment business and excellent reputation amongst finance professionals in Lancashire.

Phil co-founded AFR at the age of 27 and was heavily involved in orchestrating the restructure at the end of 2008 and streamlining the business ahead of further expansion.
