North West Finance Awards short list
The short list has been announced for the third annual North West Finance Awards and the line up is bigger and better than ever.
Entries came in thick and fast from some of the North West’s leading businesses, and judges have had a tough task whittling down the categories.
Leading the way with six nominations each is Wigan’s roofing and waterproofing specialists IKO PLC and Bury based food services business 3663, with Shaws of Darwen, Trust Inns and Danbro closely behind all having received four nominations each across categories.
The coveted Outstanding Business of the Year sees Carter International, Baby Advent Ltd, OBAS UK, IKO and Shaws of Darwen go head to head.
Finance Directors from businesses across Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire have been acknowledged including; Stobart Group, BooHoo, Hydes Brewery and Tangerine Confectionery.
Phil Scott Director of headline award sponsors AFR Consulting said: “Congratulations go out to all the companies that have been shortlisted, competition was tough to get this stage.
“As one of the judges I can say there was a great level of entries from some really high calibre businesses.”
