A number of our candidates are also seeking an equity stake from their next opportunity and we work closely with the advisory community to introduce them to MBI / BIMBO opportunities where they can buy into a business. Due to the wide range of contacts we have we are able to match candidates to opportunities based on the following criteria:

• Relevant sector experience
• Track record of increasing profits in a business
• Previous experience of completing a transaction
• Credibility in front of investors
• Financial Resources – typically 25k – 500k
