  • Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team ensuring all personnel work to procedures and work instructions
  • To ensure all staff are communicated with, motivated, and trained effectively
  • Preparation of monthly management account pack, weekly cash flows, forecasting and annual budgets to the defined timescales
  • Undertaking and managing the Balance Sheet reconciliation process
  • Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports
  • Performing the payroll process, intercompany management and VAT return preparation
  • Undertake financial modelling and analysis
  • Performing financial management at a Group level as and when required, as well as a local site level
