Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk – TS12361
Our exclusive client, a well known business based at Walton Summit, are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. They are looking to recruit due to a recent promotion and internal restructure.
Duties include:
- Sole responsibility for the purchase ledger
- Processing invoices and dealing with any supplier queries
- Preparing payments both Sterling and International payments
- Statement reconciliations
- Processing company expenses including credit cards
- Daily cashbook analysis
- Month end journals
- Debtor and creditor calculations
- Supporting the wider finance team when needed
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and be able to demonstrate good communication skills. You will have worked within a transactional finance role for a minimum of 2 years.
