Accounts Assistant
Our exclusive client, an Engineering business based in North Preston, are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. The client will consider someone on a full time or part time basis.
Duties Include:
- Processing supplier invoices and submitting invoices for approval
- Monitoring the purchase order system
- Resolving queries with external suppliers and internal buyers
- Processing employee expenses
- Credit card reconciliations
- Compiling mileage logs
- Ad hoc financial reporting for the Finance Manager
- Supporting the rest of the finance team where necessary
- Working on sage line 50 and Excel
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working within a similar role, have a strong attention to detail, be a good communicator, be a good team player and have an enthusiastic and passionate approach to your role.
