After another fantastic year, our client is looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their business due to the increased workload. This exclusive client has grown rapidly over the past three years and now requires an extra pair of hands within their established accounts team.
- Purchase and sales ledger duties
- Inputting payroll information for the external payroll bureau
- Inputting starters and leavers
- Reporting on engineers hours including any extra hours worked over their standard working week
- Producing KPI reports on Excel regarding jobs completed, timing and efficiency
- Reporting on bonuses paid to employees
- Communicating with different departments regarding costings
- Adhoc admin support for finance where necessary
- Implement changes and more efficient reporting processes where you see fit
A strong Excel user is essential for this role as is a good communicator and someone who works on their own initiative.
