Our exclusive client based in Chorley are currently recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist to join their busy team. This well known property management company requires someone who is a friendly and confident communicator as they will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
Duties of the role include:
- Working on the front of house reception desk
- Giving property information to perspective clients over the phone
- Dealing with Right Move ensuring information is correct and responding to any queries from this
- Accurately inputting data
- Answering the phone for the wider company
- Responding to emails and escalating any queries that can’t be answered
- Covering other administrators during the holiday period
You must be confident in communicating with people in a positive and helpful manner. You should be proficient in Word packages and Outlook. Previous experience within the property sector isn’t necessary but ideally some administration experience would be beneficial.
In return you will receive a competitive salary, 22 days holiday (raising to 25) plus bank holidays, free on site parking and pension. The hours of work are 8.45 – 5.15 Monday to Friday and there is no hybrid working.
