Credit Controller – TS/12357

Our exclusive client based in Blackburn, are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team.  This is a new role for the business due to continuous expansion.

Duties of the role include:

• Chase overdue accounts where necessary via telephone and email
• Allocate and post cash to customer accounts
• Resolve any queries both internally and externally to ensure prompt payments
• Work closely with the billing team and account managers highlighting any issues to encourage prompt payments
• Negotiate payment plans where necessary
• Maintain an up to date ledger
• Any other duties that fall within credit control and sales ledger

The successful candidate will have previous credit control experience, be very organised and be able to build good working relationships with their customers to ensure timely payments.

In return you will receive a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, on site parking and a company pension. You will work 8 hours a day but the client can be flexible on start and finish time and there is an opportunity to work from home one day per week.
