Our exclusive client is recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join the business for 12 months to cover maternity leave. The business is growing and the role may become permanent but initially the contract will be for 12 months.
Duties of the role include:
- Credit control – chasing overdue payments from customers
- Ensuring customers stay within their agreed terms
- Working closely with the sales team to implement payments terms and highlighting any issues
- Allocating payments to customer accounts
- Setting up and monitoring direct debit payments
- Raising invoices for any recharges as and when required
- Building relationships with customers to ensure prompt payments
- Producing a monthly report on your customers highlighting any issues
- Any other duties that fall within the credit control and sales ledger team
You must have experience of working within Credit Control to be considered for this role. You need to have a friendly manner and be a good team player whilst also being able to build good working relationships. You need to be organised and thrive on working to targets.
In return you will receive a salary of £28K salary plus a bonus of £2K on completing the 12 month contract. There is free on site parking, a company pension scheme and good holidays.
