Credit Controller – TS/17352

Our exclusive client based in Chorley is currently seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their expanding team. You will be working within a team of three, where you will take full ownership of your own ledger, ensuring the smooth management of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close monitoring of debtor balances within your ledger
- Chasing overdue payments and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Handling and resolving customer queries efficiently
- Reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy in financial records
- Posting and allocating daily cash receipts
- Issuing manual invoices and credit notes as required
- Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining up-to-date customer details
To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience in credit control. We are looking for a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues, ensuring a positive working environment.
The standard hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week) however flexibility is available if you require an earlier or later start/finish time.
