Due to expansion, our exclusive client based in North Preston are currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Assistant on a part time basis. The client requires someone for approximately 25 hours per week and can be flexible on when these are worked.
- Purchase ledger duties including processing invoices, dealing with queries and statement reconciliations
- Sales ledger duties including chasing overdue accounts and allocating payments to customer accounts
- Raising credit notes
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing expenses
- Any other bookkeeping type duties to support the accounts team
To be considered for this role the successful candidate must have previous experience of working in a similar accounting role. You must be a good team player, be personable as well as being a good communicator.
