Why Now

We do not have a high staff turnover and have not had a recruiter leave us to join a competitor in the full 8 years that AFR have been in business. We understand that getting the right people into the right positions is not only important to us but important to the individual joining us. Whilst we have grown by over 60% in the past year we still have our core, established team in place.
