What the Event Will Cover:

Financing your business – Planning and reviewing your supply chain and working capital cycle as we transition out of the current environment and return to normality.
In the first part of this webinar, Tony Medcalf and Jonathan Main from MHA Moore and Smalley will discuss various restructuring options including asset protection, demergers, exiting shareholders, and succession planning. Tony and Jonathan will guide you through the commercial, tax and VAT considerations of each area.
In the second part Steve Edwards, Trade Director at Barclays will be presenting on Trade finance and how to stay liquid whilst financing through difficult and demanding times.
Finally we will end with a 15 minute Q&A which will be a panel consisting of our guest speakers and John Stanworth, Head of Barclays Corporate Lancashire and Cumbria, and Jamie Grant, Regional Managing Director, Barclays.
