Simon Speak, Director of AFR Consulting and recruitment consultant with over 15 years’ experience of dealing with clients and candidates in the North West will look at what steps need to be taken to run an effective recruitment process, identifying potential failure points and what strategies can be employed to mitigate these and ensure a successful hire. Simon will also discuss the pros and cons of different methods and outline practical techniques you can employ to ensure a smooth process.
