Assistant Accountant – TS/12359

Our exclusive client is currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their busy team. This well known manufacturer has gone through a restructure, with this and an internal promotion, this new role has been created.

The duties include:

• Produce monthly management accounts for a small subsidiary of the business
• Produce profit and loss and balance sheet
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset registers
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Monthly reconciliation of intercompany transactions
• Assist with year end duties
• Ad hoc reporting as required

To be considered for this role, you must have assisted or produced management accounts. This varied role needs someone who is naturally methodical, be a strong and confident communicator and be used to working to tight deadlines.
