Our exclusive client, a well known firm in the Burnley area, are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Supervisor.  The role will be to produce the payroll an support the finance team.

Duties of the role are:

  • Responsible for all payroll processing for multiple sites
  • Calculating any payment reductions
  • Dealing with any Inland Revenue payments
  • All administration of company pension scheme and payments
  • Produce year end reports including P60’s, P35’s and P11d’s
  • Provide any payroll information to outside agencies where necessary including CSA, attachment of earnings, Work and pensions
  • Prepare all month end journals for payroll
  • Prepare management weekly and monthly reports on efficiency and any overtime
  • Produce labour analysis reports
  • Dealing with any payroll queries
  • Expenses
  • Any other adhoc duties linked with payroll

To be considered for this role, you must have a number of years experience within a busy payroll department.   You must be used to working to tight deadlines, have good communication skills both written and verbal and be used to multi tasking.
