Payroll Supervisor – TS/12366
Our client based in Burnley, are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to run the payroll for three of their sites. You will have one staff member reporting into you and will deal with all the payroll therefore pervious payroll experience is essential.
Duties include:
- Processing all payroll for up to 200 staff (weekly and monthly)
- Production of P11d’s
- Administration of company pension scheme and payments
- Dealing with any deductions from staff wages
- Produce year end reports including P60’s for employees and P35’s for inland revenue
- Prepare annual information and liaise with external parties for financial audits where necessary
- Prepare all month end journals for payroll
- Prepare management reports on a weekly and monthly basis on efficiency and overtime calculations
- Prepare labour analysis reports
- Produce monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Any other duties that fall within the payroll remit
The ideal candidate must be experienced in payroll, be used to working to tight deadlines and be able to multi task. You need to be a confident Excel user as well as having experience of payroll systems.
