Accounts Assistant – TS/12367

Our exclusive client, a family firm in the Blackpool area, are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their growing business.
Duties of the role are:
- Full responsibility of the purchase ledger including processing invoices, dealing with supplier queries, and preparing weekly payment runs
- Process and reconcile subcontractor invoices
- Process sales invoices
- Process customer recipes and sending customer statements when needed
- Processing expenses
- Bank Reconciliations
- Chasing overdue accounts
- Managing the fixed asset register
- Support the Finance Manager where necessary
This role would suit an experienced Accounts Assistant who wants to develop in a growing company. You need to be a confident communicator who is naturally organised and is comfortable multi-tasking. The company is growing rapidly and really want someone who sees this exciting time and wants to develop with them.
