Part Qualified Accountant – SJS/12382

My client has an exceptional career opportunity available for an ambitious Part Qualified Accountant coming from either practice or industry. The position will involve working with a variety of stakeholders and will offer exposure to the FD and other senior qualified accountants along with managers from different departments. A key part of the role will involve preparing reports and communicating data to support efficiency improvement and decision making. The main duties for this role will be:

• Reporting and analysis of revenue
• Variance analysis with commentary
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Cashflow reporting
• Month end duties
• Assisting with stat accounts and annual audit

Working as part of a team you will gain exposure to a variety of systems and will be encouraged and empowered to progress through the business. Opportunities are available longer term to diversify into commercial or FP&A areas of finance for the right individual. The ideal candidate for this role would have previous experience of financial accounting and reporting coupled with strong technical skills. A background from accountancy practice would also be attractive. My client is keen to encourage people to qualify so a good study package is available.
