Our exclusive client based in Bolton are currently recruiting an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy team on a part time basis.  This role would be for approx. 24 hours per week and the business can be flexible on days when you work as well as start and finish times. There will also be an option to work from home.

The duties of the role:

  • Chasing due and overdue accounts
  • Customers have different payment terms – ensuring you are aware of these, and they are stuck to
  • Allocating cash to customer accounts
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Sending statements to customers and tracking remittances
  • Escalating any issues on accounts to the FD
  • Producing a weekly debtors report
  • Any other duties that fall into the credit control remit

To be considered for this busy role, you must have previous credit control experience.  You must work with tenacity and determination to achieve results and keep your ledger clean.  You will be organised and be a strong and confident communicator.
