Our exclusive client based in Burnley is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant. This family run manufacturing firm have grown steadily over the past ten years and need an extra person to join their busy office.
Duties include:
- Inputting supplier invoices onto Sage
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Preparing payment for director sign off
- Allocating payments and receipts onto Sage
- Chasing aged debtors and overdue accounts
- Management of petty cash
- Processing and reconciling expenses for engineers
- Covering reception when necessary
- Ad hoc admin duties
Ideally you will have worked for an SME business where you will be used to multitasking. You will be friendly and approachable and be a good communicator. Experience of Sage would be advantageous.
