Our exclusive client based in Chorley are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy team. This company have grown rapidly over the past few years and need an extra person to help with the workload.
The duties of the role:
- Purchase ledger duties including processing invoices and dealing with supplier queries
- Bank and supplier reconciliations
- Data input
- Production of weekly sales reports on Excel
- Complex reconciliations of supplier accounts
- Expense and credit card reconciliations
- Ad hoc accounting duties
You must have some accounts experience to be considered for this role (ideally purchase ledger) though training will be given. You need to have a good attention to detail, be a confident communicator and a good team player.
In return you will receive a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, AAT study support will be provided should you want it, pension scheme and on site parking. After the probationary period, there will be an option of working from home for two days per week and three days in the office. This is a full time role (37.5 hour week) and there is slight flexibility on start and finish time.
