Are you an administrator looking for a start up role in HR?  Are you a recent graduate with office experience looking for a career in HR?  This role could be for you.  Our exclusive client based in Blackburn is looking for a HR Administrator to join their busy team due to the business growing.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Updating, monitoring and maintaining HR systems
  • Inputting HR records onto the system and updating HR statistics
  • Recording recruitment, new starter and leaver documentation and processes onto the HR system
  • Setting up HR files
  • Recording right to work checks ensuring the information is correct
  • Placing job adverts and filtering and processing job applications
  • Arranging interviews with managers and candidates
  • Conduct all pre-employment checks including applying for references
  • Issuing staff contracts
  • Preparing and assisting induction sessions
  • Scheduling staff training where necessary

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an office environment, be proficient with Word and Excel,  have excellent written and communication skills and be able to prioritize their workload.
