Our exclusive client based in Chorley are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller. This well known business have a very stable and long standing team and are looking for someone to join them due to acquiring new sites which has generated extra work.
The duties of the role:
- Chasing overdue accounts via phone and email
- Producing weekly reports for the credit manager on customer accounts, highlighting any issues
- Resolving any customer issues to ensure prompt payments
- Raising credits where necessary to ensure payments are received on time
- Posting and allocating payments to customer accounts
- Statement reconciliations
- Admin duties linked with credit control
This role would suit someone with credit control experience or the client will consider candidates with customer service experience or sales ledger experience who want to develop their credit control skills further as full training will be given.
