Our exclusive client based in Chorley are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This stable and established business requires an experienced person to join the team.
The duties of the role:
- Logging all invoices onto the ledger
- Coding, scanning and processing invoices ready for payment
- Accurately allocating of account to ensure balances agree with the supplier
- Liaising with department heads by email and telephone
- Assisting in the posting of sales invoices for all companies
- Assisting with payment runs
- Assisting in the bank reconciliations for all companies
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
This role would suit an experienced purchase ledger clerk who is looking for a new challenge. You need to be naturally organised, be a strong communicator and be a good team player.
