Our exclusive client based in Chorley are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their billings team. This company have grown massively over the past few years and are needing someone extra to join their team.
Duties include:
- Creating bills for work completed following a billing checklist
- Following a process for payment plans
- Sending information/invoices to clients for payment
- Collating information to show what needs to be paid
- Chasing for any missing information
- Producing reports on Excel
The successful person for this role needs to be methodical and have a great eye for detail. You need to also be a good communicator as you will need to chase people for missing documentation. You should have a positive and friendly approach to your work.
