Our client based in Rossendale are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team.

Duties include:

  • Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger
  • Working with multiple currencies
  • Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders
  • Setting up new suppliers and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
  • Resolve price queries
  • Reconciling all supplier statements
  • Manage and maintain the accounts payable inbox dealing with all queries
  • Process staff expense claims
  • Process BACS payments
  • Prepare bank reconciliations

Previous purchase ledger experience is essential for this role as is a good communicator, a high attention to detail and someone who can work to tight deadlines.
