Accounts Assistant – TS/17358

Our exclusive client based in Leyland are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant. The company has gone through a rapid period of growth and due to the increased workload now requires an extra person to join their team.
Duties include:
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Statement reconciliations
- Assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Chasing overdue accounts
- Allocating payments to customer accounts
- Raising credit notes where necessary
- Raising sales invoices
- Working on Xero daily
- Adhoc accounts administration
A good team player is essential for this role as is a good communicator and a methodical worker. The company will pay for AAT support should you wish to study, though this isn’t essential.
You will also receive a competitive salary, 20 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension, free on site parking and 37.5 hours per week (9-5 Monday to Friday)
