Our exclusive client based in Blackburn are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroller to run their bi-weekly and monthly payrolls. You will have sole responsibility for the payroll as well as dealing with all pension duties.

Duties include:

  • Processing bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for 200+ employees
  • Process payments to government for tax and NI and any attachment of earnings
  • Update weekly time and attendance reports to ensure all holidays, sickness and hours worked are correctly allocated to the employee
  • Analyse all overtime worked by hours, job number and cost – inputting data to assist cost calculation system
  • Produce regular reporting on attendance, sickness, absence, holidays and overtime
  • Dealing with new starter information and ensuring it is accurate
  • Admin for two different pension schemes for all employees
  • Point of contact for all payroll queries

You must have previous payroll experience to be considered for this role.  You need to have done full payroll (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) as your main role.  You need to be accurate, be meticulous and be naturally organised as well as being able to work to tight deadlines.
