Our client based in Chorley are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to process and run their payroll.  You will be joining a team of three people and you must have previous payroll experience.

Duties include:

  • Processing monthly payroll onto bespoke payroll system
  • Deal with any payroll queries and resolve any issues that arise
  • Ensuring all deductions and additions to pay are actioned in a timely manner
  • Resolving any payroll errors
  • Setting up new starters on the payroll system
  • Administration of employee deductions and payments/documentation to the relevant bodies
  • Support the payroll team and work closely with HR and Finance Teams

To be considered for this role you must have worked within a busy payroll department previously.  You must have excellent communication and numeracy skills, have the ability to work to tight deadlines, have excellent attention to detail and have good organisation skills.
