Our client, based in Preston, is currently recruiting for an Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy and expanding team.
Duties include:
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries via telephone and/or email
- Regular reconciliations
- Assisting with bi-weekly and monthly payment runs
- Assisting with month end closure
- Ad hoc accounting duties linked with the accounts payable team
You must be a confident communicator, a good team player and be naturally organised. You will work methodically and to tight deadlines.
In return you will receive a competitive salary, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension, free on site parking and a choice to work 8-4 or 9-5.
