Our exclusive client is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy accounts team. The successful candidate will have experience working within a fast paced environment.
Duties will include;
- Processing of purchase invoices alongside matching against purchase orders
- Month-end purchase ledger procedures
- Checking and reconciling supplier statements
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts
- Managing internal and external purchase ledger queries
- Managing staff expense claims
