Due to internal promotion our Blackburn based client is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant into their team. The right candidate will ideally be AAT qualified/part qualified, posses excellent communication skills and have the ability to work well as part of a team.
Duties will include;
- Purchase ledger duties including processing and reconciling invoices and dealing queries
- Credit control duties including chasing overdue accounts and statement reconciliations
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Management of day to day accounting including payroll
- Accruals and prepayments
- Daily and weekly bank reconciliations
This role would suit an experienced Accounts Assistant that is looking for a new challenge within a small accounts team.
