Credit Controller – SG/17650

Our exclusive client based in Chorley is looking for a Credit Controller to join their expanding accounts team. Experience working within credit control is desirable but not essential. Our client would consider someone who has experience working within a busy office with a very good knowledge of Excel.
Duties of the role include:
- Chasing overdue debt via telephone and email
- Processing and generating reminder letters
- Monitoring new credit requests and reviewing customers credit ratings
- Setting up T&Cs for new customers
- Monitoring credit given to customers and resolving invoices that have not been paid
- Negotiating repayment plans
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Dealing with incoming queries
The right person will be someone who is keen to learn and confident at communicating at all levels
