Our exclusive client based in Preston is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Accounts Clerk that is keen to expand on their accounts knowledge and also help and support with other administrative tasks within the office. Although not essential, experience doing sales ledger is desirable. However someone with good administration experience and strong excel skills is essential.
Duties of the role include:
- Setting up new clients
- Producing invoices
- Matching and batching of invoices
- Chasing outstanding debt
- Being the first point of contact via the phone and at reception
- General accounts duties required to support other members of the team
This role would suit someone who is looking to learn and expand their knowledge within accounts. The right person will be a confident individual who works well as part of a team
