Our exclusive client based in Clitheroe is looking to recruit a part time Accounts Assistant to join their busy team. They are ideally looking for a hard working, self motivated individual who is potentially looking to make the final move in their career.
Duties will include;
- Bookkeeping duties including managing client invoices and preparing appropriate reports
- Being the first point of contact for clients and suppliers
- Payroll duties
- Processing purchase orders invoices and expenses
- Checking and reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with and helping resolve internal and external queries
- Credit control duties including month end reporting
- Providing additional support to the whole finance team
- Helping cover admin and reception duties as and when required
The successful candidate must be able to display that they will be a reliable and hardworking addition to the team.
