Our exclusive client based in Chorley is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.  They are looking for someone who is confident in their own ability,  who can work well as part of a team and using their own initiative.

Duties will include;

  • Processing purchase orders invoices and expenses
  • Checking and reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with and helping resolve internal and external queries
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliations and managing outstanding invoices.
  • Coding and checking invoices.
  • Processing employee expenses including credit card and cash transactions
  • Providing additional support to the whole finance team as and when required.

The successful candidate must be able to display that they will be a reliable and hardworking addition to the team.
