Credit Controller – SG/17663

Our exclusive client based in Accrington is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a 6 month contract with a view to the role becoming permanent.

Duties of the role include:

• Chasing overdue debt via telephone and email
• Processing and generating reminder letters
• Checking customer credit ratings and monitoring
• Setting up T&Cs for new customers
• Negotiating repayment plans
• Producing weekly and monthly reports for management
• Working closely with the billing team and account managers
• Building good relationships with the customer to ensure the smooth running of the process

Along with previous experience within credit control the ideal candidate will be confident in their ability to work using their own initiative.  Experience using Sage 200 is preferrable but not essential.
