Our exclusive client based in Preston is looking for a Finance Assistant to come and help support them within their purchase ledger function and also have the ability to support in other areas of the finance team.
Duties will include;
- Processing of purchase invoices and expenses
- Assisting with cash management and bank reconciliations
- Chasing and identifying missing invoices from supplier statements
- Processing employee expenses including credit card and cash transactions
- Providing additional support to the whole finance team as and when required.
- Assisting in month end management accounts compilation
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a purchase ledger role but also be confident in supporting the team in other areas of the accounts department.
